By accessing or using DenimFits.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our website.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DenimFits.store and any purchases made through our platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

DenimFits reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Products & Authenticity

All products sold on DenimFits.store are 100% original, authentic leftover stock from top international brands. We do not sell replicas, fakes, or copies of any kind.

Product images are taken in-house and represent the actual item. Minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences.

→

Product availability is subject to stock. DenimFits reserves the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at time of order confirmation will apply.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete. DenimFits is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

→

DenimFits reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery
→

Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on location.

→

DenimFits is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

→

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package at time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds
→

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for wrong items, damaged products, wrong size, or significant color mismatch.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached for a return to be accepted.

→

Refunds will be issued as Exchange, Store Credit, or Full Refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on DenimFits.store — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of DenimFits and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Brand logos displayed belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

DenimFits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
