Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy. Wrong item, damage, wrong size, color mismatch — contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp with proof and we'll fix it immediately.
Returns are for wrong items, defects, wrong size sent, or color mismatch. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Please check size guides and photos before ordering.
Once return is approved, we offer Exchange, Store Credit, or Full Refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
